Wrexham Council believes that listening to and involving customers is an essential part of improving our services. It helps to improve efficiencies and the quality of service we provide to our customers. It gives you the opportunity to agree how your homes and local environments are managed, what services and improvements are needed, what our priorities should be and how we work together to achieve these. Current activities in Housing show that tenants can and do make a difference to how the service is delivered and we are keen to engage with a wider range of tenants and leaseholders. Our Tenant and Leaseholder Participation Strategy is currently being developed for the next 3 years. This document is about you and is your opportunity to tell us how you want the council to engage and interact with you. Your input into this strategy is vital in order to make it meaningful and relevant, and to enable us to reach and engage with as many tenants and leaseholders as possible. As part of the development of the strategy we are seeking your views and have put together the following questionnaire, which we hope you will complete and return in the pre-paid envelope.
